 don't include examples/ as a package

The subdirectory examples is detected as a package. Replace
find_packages() with an explicit list.

 don't record users that read docs

The documentation page includes an image taken from a remote server.
Thus it's possible to tell on which time someone has read that page.
This should not be the case.

Replace that image with its alt-text.
