 fix inotify-hookable man page
 Upstream delivers inotify-hookable real man page in
 App::Inotify::Hookable.3pm file. inotify-hookable.1p
 instructs people to check the other man page. 
 .
 This is not user-friendly, so Makefile.PL and Hooakble.pm 
 are hacked the deliver the proper information to the 
 executable man page
