 Since an upstream pom.xml was missing, one was included to ease usage of this
 library by maven.

 correct build.debian.properties
 Upstream was so kind to add build targets to the build system to allow Debian
 to build the package as required by the policy. This patch corrects some path's
 in the supplied property file to reflect the Debian paths.
